How was the company founded?
The idea for the project came to Yvonne Knap during a meditation retreat with Buddhist monks in Thailand. The experience transformed her life and work. As someone who worked with children, she felt compelled to share this wisdom.
What about the video version & responsible screen time?
It’s scientifically proven that screens capture kids’ attention - so if you’re using any screen time with your children, let’s make it work to their advantage.
We only promote responsible, mindful screen time that’s active rather than passive.
